Hi Nafcom,

I though by signing up Bloggerhub forums, I will get 1.00 Blog Points (BP)
and with this point I will be entitle to create a sig file. But why I'm still not
able to create one?
Please advise.

I agree that this rule is needed, but I still think that 15 is bit too much.
