cant post url any way 4 posts side by side

Also what is required to became a blogger template designer only for blogspot where did you learn how to make a template in the first place who even showed you??? how did you learn??

Also do you have to learn a bunch of coding jargon?

I can't answer your first question, but I can recommend Google.

To the second question, I will also recommend Google. A brief search will show you of the abundance of tutorials available for that kind of thing.

A basic knowledge in programming is necessary.
