Let us share about blogging mistakes

Everyone knows that success does not come easy. It means a lot of learning, and making mistakes, and correcting the mistakes.
Since i started blogging 8 months ago, my mistakes in blogging are enough to compete with the thickness of Oxford dictionary.
First, I dont know about seo, keyword density or whatever.
Second, I dont know about backlinking
third, I dont know that new blog needs almost daily update
fourth, i dont that how to add "no-follow" tag to affiliate links.
What about you? How many blogging mistakes have you made and how do you rectify the mistakes?
