    Does anyone have any good tips on getting the most out of adsense

    To get good output from adsense you have to select 728by15 add on the top and 300by 250 at the bottom of your post.You may check it from blogtimize of adsense at optimization tips

    visitors usually click only on the ads that are at the top
    usually the ad units rather than the link units
