Yes Mathew, even I am in the impression that 99 sites out of 100 sites promising you are spams. The best site to earn money is Google. Blog and monetize it with adsense and you earn from it. The other site is bloghub which pays you promptly but to earn $10 you will have to break you back, so I feel its not worth doing that. Other than that I have not come across any sites which pays you easily.
