Me too, I see your blog with no PR (gray bar in Google toolbar). However, as your blog is pretty new you should not worry about that too much. Of course you need to promote it if you need a better PR.

PR is given by many factors like, number of incoming links, age, number outbound links, etc.
For example my [url]http://outdoorholiday.blogspot.com[/url] blog about Romania and outdoor life has a pr 2, meanwhile my blog about Dracula is about the same age, maybe even newer but has a PR 3

You need to get some backlinks in order to increase your PR. If no one is linking to you, your site has PR0.

PR is a combination of incoming links + outgoing links + (seems like) freshness of content + time.
So get some incoming links, link to good sites, update frequently and...wait
