Where do I put adesense for maximium click-throughs?

I have a blogger blog in the new xml template format. These don't have space at the op of the post to put in adsense. Where else can I put my adsense in order to get a good click-through rate?

Either u can change the template and add ur adsense units or u can add the code directly in your posts:

One of the best places to put an ad is above the fold.

Another thing you can do is integrate the medium square ad block into the content of your website.

Left, wrapping the article round the ad block. Centre of screen. These are supposed to be the best places. Make the colour of your ad text blend in with the colour of your general text.
