How often do you blog?

I write throughout the week, but only post on wednsday mornings. Is it a good idea to keep to a schedule?

I try to blog consistently. I have to admit, I haven't blogged consistently like I should. Sometimes, I would blog consistently for a couple of weeks and then be gone for months at a time.

My current goal is to blog at least 3 times a week.

I do two to three posts a day.
