Blog improvements queries

Newbie here! Guys, I would like to ask a couple of questions on how can I improve my blog, by the way, here's my blog tutorialsidea.com and it's all about I.T. tutorials and been running for almost 5 months. Here's my questions anyway.

1. My page is too slow upon loading. I truly admit that it's my domain hosting issue. Yet, may I ask what's the better domain hosting provider where it can optimize and load my page for atleast 2-3 seconds. (an economical domain hosting)
2. Reliable advertisement. Now, I used popads to earn extra money. Kindly help me about this if there's a better and reliable advertisement out there.
3. How can I boost my traffic. I joined several social media accounts and incorporate it to my page. Do you have any suggestions?
4. How can you say about my designs, is it boring? room for improvements please?
