Hello !

I like the sincerity of your post, but the overall blog design is not attractive. You've made good use of the listing topic, but your lack of self confidence is hurting you. In every possible way.
I'd say try to figure out how to improve your blog design, you can get free themes that will accomplish that. My top tip is using a light background - dark backgrounds are not as attractive when reading.
As for the voice of your blog - give yourself some credit, develop a voice in your writing and figure out what it is you are afraid of so you can face it. When you get more self-confident it will shine through in everything you do. Easier said than done, but I promise you it's worth it.
