Newbie needing drastic help ;)

I have recently purchased 4 domains and hired a hosting company. I have no clue what I am paying for and would like some very knowledgeable person to take a look at my Statement of work and see if I am getting my monies worth. I have asked numerous other hosting sites and you know what? The customer service sucks at every one of them lol I cant get a straight answer from anyone. So please if anyone can help let me know and I will forward you my agreement and show you my site. Thank you in advance.
