Really starting to tick me off

I use blogger.com and I've found many of the urls I want are used up by people who haven't touched their blog in 4 years. Have you had this happen to you? What did you do about it?

There is really nothing that you can do about it. If they have an email listed, you could mail them.

I would write one email to all of them, adding them as BCC
No issue.

Yes thats true; however, I think it would be useful for blogger.com to remove blogs that haven't been used in years. If I find a specific one that I am really interested in I would not hesitate to e-mail but who knows if that person would have the same e-mail address.
