This blog is especially meant for Web designers, Flash developers, Action script Programmer who are working on Flash and flex program, in this blog I have drawn a brief comparison on Flash and Flex Program.

Flash was originally developed for and used as a medium for vector-based animations, Flash is limited to design and create timeline based animations and if one want to create dynamic application or visualization services, it would be a very time consuming task in flash while Flex is based on components,

Flex is a highly productive, free, open source framework for building expressive web applications that deploy consistently on all major browsers, desktops, and operating systems on runtimes. Flex is a component oriented framework with various client side and server-side technologies.

While Flash is a timeline centric application not a framework unlike Flex.
As such these courses does not require any prerequisite qualification, a person having web designing background or an individual familiar with Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator or Fireworks software can pursue with Flash course but to pursue with Flex Application one need to have knowledge of Flash , ActionScript 3.0, and OOPs basics, etc.
