1) your parents allowed you to play with your peer
group in child hood? (yes/no)
you never got first class in math’s exam. You
will try to get first class from now ? (yes/no)
you are a business man. it’s n’t good now . you
do self analysis for your faults ? (yes/no)
you are going in your vehicle with desired speed.
Some one trying to over take you. you allow him? (yes/no)
will you see some thing with positive attitude,
even it create loss for you? (yes/no)
will you try to rectify yourself , if any one criti-
cise your character in your work place? (yes/no)
Some clash taken place between you and your
Friend . Still you continue friendship with him? (yes/no)
Occasionally, you give chance to take decision
to your wife, children, or workers? (yes/no)
9) You introduce yourself with smile to new persons? (yes/no)
10)You take decisions not dependent on others in
critical positions? (yes/no)
If answer is ‘YES’ to more than 5 questions
Your ‘E.B’ is good. It can be developed if you try.
Answer is ‘NO’ to more than 5 questions ,you
are bad at ‘E.B’. You have to develop it by practicing some methods.

HOW YOU CAN DEVELOP ‘E.B’:
In this book many topics covered to develop skills and ‘E.B’. Apart practicing these ,you self analyse yourself. Identify which emotions less in you.
If positive emotions less ,Give ‘auto- suggestions’ you getting them.
In state of ‘depression’ negative emotions
More. We have to control them . Shall give ‘auto suggestions’ that ‘positive emotions’ are increasing instead ‘negative emotions’!
If even ‘positive emotions’ exceedingly more…Control them.
