I went through some 10-20 articles and liked them a lot, as per the niche selected by Simon, this blog is worth reading. You can find a lot of job searching and workplace survival tips from the blog. This blog is more concentrated on IT professionals.
This blog is based on mentoring job seekers and in job professional to achieve better and full fill their roles and goals. Simon certainly managed to motivate reader with his articles. Most of the articles are mature and written with proper consideration, I don't see much on the fly articles, which is trade mark of bloggers.
This blog also links you to several other job seeking and searching sites which is good for professionals visiting this site.
The design of blog is good, but a bit cluttered with several links and boxes. Simon who was (or is) web developer by profession, failed to show his expertise on his own site. I feel this blog can be more fresh and more airy than it is. The blog is not properly arranged.
Overall, the blog is professional and articles are a good read. I will go for 6 out of 10 for Simon's [url]http://www.simonstapleton.com[/url]
