Yes. Try submit once every 2months. To let the search engine bot reclaw your blog. Make sure by that time you have lot of new content.

I do it manually. We will increase our site's popularity by submitting it to search engines.

Sure,when I have got a new site,the first thing I do is to sumbit it to search engines.
