What do people think about the xfactor

I thinks its ok but not the best thing on TV.

I have to say, it really has become so transparently obvious that the motivation of the series is purely to get those texts rolling in because Simon Cowell makes his money from them.
It was most obvious when he voted to keep the "Jedward" twins in. I am Irish but I have to say, I thought they were an embarassment. They couldn't sing and couldn't dance. But they did attract a large texting audience. For me, when Cowell voted for them, all the credibility the show ever had went right out the window
