I need some reviews on what I need to improve as far as content, ad-placement, etc. Tell me what you think - lifefixes blogspot com (wouldnt let me add url, sorry)

The general layout of the website is good. Everything is neatly organized and easy to locate. The images are placed well and give a nice little something extra to the blog. The only real thing that I can find that annoys me is the very top of the website. I would try and add a banner of some sort with your title and motto thing. Right under that, the link look good, but it is kind of odd to place 2 links then have one under it. I would place the forum link right to the side of the cash lagoon link. I'm not real sure what that body building image link is there for. If it is an ad, I think it has poor placement. Hopefully I helped you out a little bit.
