Advice on my progress

This past January I entered into the world of blogging and created my first website. Currently I've made a total of $9.08 on 1,195 served ads.

Here are my website/Social Media Stats:

Site Visits: 1,064
Page Views: 3,166
Unique Visitors: 400
Avg Visit Duration: 4:41
Bounce Rate: 62.88%
New Visits: 37.59

Facebook Likes: 267
Twitter Follows: 277

It kind of seems like I'm on the right track with regard to site stats but I'm not really making any money off it right now.

How would you guys rate my performance in the first 3 months and what advice do you have for me that could help me improve my blog over the next 3-6 months?
