After hearing so many negative comments about builders in Bangalore, I would like to report on a very positive experience, we had with Sumanth Kumar. Recently I bought a flat from Palm Groove which is located in Koramangala and we think the final product is beautiful. Sumanth is fair, extremely honest, and detail-oriented. He was demanding on his subs (who were excellent) and eager to please. He was always available to talk. Sumanth Kumar was our builder and he has become our friend. Our beautiful home in Koramangala was constructed with great care and attention to detail. Sumanth was constantly online and his teams were the best. Sumanth never rushed us through our meetings and even went with us to the designer to go over every detail of our house plans. It was a pleasure to work with someone who actually cared. We appreciate the fact that you were right there all time, answered your phone every time I called, and came over if we had any questions about the process.
