(1) For the illumination requirements that is higher and the working position which is not of high density, the mixed lighting should be adopted a place where it is unreasonable to separately adopt the general lighting

(2) less demanding on the illuminance, when subjected to the technical conditions of production constraints, which is not suitable for installation of local lighting, or unreasonable use of mixed lighting, general lighting should be used alone.

2. illumination standards

The illuminance values of the factory lighting design ​​should be based on the national standard GB 50034 – 2004 “architectural lighting design standards” requirement to select. This standard specifies the illuminance values of the general lighting of 16 Congress of industrial building. More specific illumination standards of all kinds of factories workplace shall also be relevant industry regulations.

3. Lighting quality

Lighting quality is the flag that measure the quality of factory lighting design. It mainly includes the following:

(1) select the lamps whose efficiency is high and the light distribution curve fit. According to the rate of Index feet of the height of hanging lamps in the plant room shelf is to select the different light fixtures.

When RI = 0.5 ~ 0.8, should use narrow light fixtures;

(4) meet the quality requirements of the directly lighting glare limited: the unified glare rating (UGR) according to the requirements of GB 50034-2004，which is that the generally allowed rate is 22, fine processing rate is 19.

(5) take measures to reduce the voltage fluctuations, prevent the lighting effects of voltage flicker and stroboscopic effect.

(6) lighting device shall be operating within the allowable voltage, the compensation capacitor should be used to improve the power factor where the metal halide lamps and high pressure sodium is used.

4 Industrial lighting options

How to choose the light should be based on the characteristics and requirements of production process.
