It all about you and nothing else..Tips are good yet it does not make sense if you will not do your part..All I can say is have a life!!!

I feel your pain. My wife used to get mad that I spend so much time on the laptop, so I had to scale it back a bit.

Give enough time to your partner. If not possible then you could share your work with her and involve her in your work so this will maintain closeness in your relationship.
