another newbie...groan if you will ;)

I have never blogged before. Just started my first blog at thisgirlisflippingout

I renovate/flip homes for a living. I have been doing this for 20 years now. I have so much info I want to share with other investors and so many things I have learned along the way and so much more to learn, that I figured blogging was probably my best way to share my journals with others in the business. I love writing, it is the "where do you start" that is the hardest part. That and making myself a date to sit down daily or weekly to post and respond.. so any advice from any blogger would be great!
