Thai foods or American foods?

White rice and white bread are the same. They are not more nutritious than one or the other. Whole grain rice and bread are also the same. It depends on what you eat.

Americans do not only eat fried chicken. Grilled chicken is eaten too. There are more restaurants out there than KFC.

Besides, Soy milk, tofu etc. Japanese, Chinese eat them even more often than Thais.

And Thai snacks has alot of calories and oil. My sister just went to thailand this year, and brought back some thai snacks. FRIED bananas covered with oil, that you can see it glistening on the packet. These sweetened rice cakes that were also very oily.

In every country. There are healthy and unhealthy food. japanese food is said to be some of the healthiest. Because they consume alot of fish, miso AND tofu. But with Tempura, that's also fried in oil.

Yes every country has healthy and unhealthy food and I just compare Thai foods between American food, I did not say Thai foods is the best but it's better American foods.

What's national american food? I don't know can u tell me? Because I only see McDonald, KFC and Pizza as American food. Is there anything else?

My experience has told me that water only spreads the pepper around. The way to wash out pepper is to have with something with sugar in it. Also, bring two towels. One for sweat and the other for snot and tears.
