First Time Poster - First Time Blogger. Need some advice on my Blog

Hello all...From Toronto, Canada here....I started my 1st blog approx 5 months ago when I finally got fed-up with my weight. I figured I would start up a blog to help me motivate myself to lose the pounds. So to fast forward, it's 5 months now and 30 lbs lighter.(yaay! :D)..So you're probably asking, ok what's the problem then?...Well, I kinda understand of how to get more people to my blog (SEO's, twitter, forums, blog catalogs, link sharing and etc.) , but what is the most effective way to drive traffic? (other than have great content using SEO)...

Also, I'm wondering if you all can critique my blog for me...Is it messy? Is it clean? Is there too much going on? Not easy to read? Boring? I dunno....So, I'm just looking for direction here, as I'm not sure if I'm on the right track....I don't get enough comments to find out what I'm doing wrong, so I'm just wondering if you have time today to take a look...

I'm pretty good with constructive criticism, so fire away. ;)
