I heard that they went out of business some time ago, or something along those lines. They didn't make as big of a splash as they promised to, if you know what I mean. I've been following their development on John Chow's blog ever since they started.

such as how long they have established, are they already financially debt free and if possible
try to find out is there any well know marketer joining that network.
By doing so, you will not join an affiliate that subsequently close shop or doesn't pay well.
