Hi
As mentioned before a i am new to blogging etc, is it actually possible to make a genuinely good income from this, whether it be adsense of affiliate marketing.
I would be interested to hear from anybody who has done so and what the best way to go about it is.

i know some one who made 10,000$ per month on adsense
adsense is one of the largest money maker in the internet moreover it is not a scam, but if you want to earn money from adsense you need to improve your blog and place your adsense in the strategic area as i do in my blog, if you need an example see my site cyber-avans.blogspot.com, there i place an adsense in the post area and in the side bar, i also place this ads as a menu link below the header
I have earned around 24$ from 2 blogs..
Vandeputra thanks for the info, i have had a play about with my adsense again tonight, but i can not seem to add adsense to my posts. Could you tell me how. I checked out your blog and i appreciate your advice.

Try out Amzaon affiliate is very simple affiliate program. And the ads from them load quite fast.
I only use Adsense, CJ, Amazon, and Digital River. Those are the reputable ones. If you don't get lots of hits daily, most people won't make much to any. In my opinion.
