Are people allowed to use other advertising methods like Sta ads besides adsense? Isn't this against adsense rules of people not allowed to use other payperclick ads besides theirs in the same page?

I use AdSense, and it's a great source of income for me. People might also try WidgetBucks, they have a really high (0.40 average) rate per click.
anyway does anyone know how to make visitor click our adsense ads, nowdays drive visitor is important but 100 visitor and they don't make any click are worse than 25 visitor which is click on the ads, so does anyone know how to put the ads and how to optimize our site to get the click???
