How to make better graphics

Adobe Photoshop will do you well, or if you are animation then you might need to burn cash to but expensive animation program studio.

Head to Device Manager in the Control Panel and click on Display adapters. You'll see the name of your graphics card. To find out the specific version of Windows, right-click on My Computer and choose Properties (or click on System in the Control Panel).
