The Britney video is dead.
If FireFox there is a red stripe running down the page that makes it hard to read. This has something to do with your right column ads. When it doesn't look the same in different browsers it is a sign that your code is getting messed up. The problem starts just below the chatbox. I would go back and check that all the tags are closed and such.
