Looking for a review and some answers

My blog has been running for about 7 months. I have around 20 backlinks, over 10k pageviews and most of my pages are indexed in google. Problem is, I still have no pagerank.

Have a look at my blog. I'm looking for real critiques, not just 'good job bud' kinda comments.

Let me rephrase that, I have 20 quality niche-related backlinks. Google webmaster shows about 1500 total, but 20 are ones I would at least count as value-add links.
