Hi,
It looks good, but I am not a fan of wordpress.com.
Why not have your own domain and own install of wordpress - it is easy to do.

You have much more control and freedom to add functionality with plugins - most are free.

There is a link on my site to free videos on how to set up your own blog, that I created.
