Please review my website

Hi there

I would really appreciate some feedback on my website, I've only just started being serious about it and hope to make a substantial income from it.

I know it's a little bare at the moment, I am working on writing more content. I have a lot of plans, I have written an about page but it's not finished yet but you can still view it here if that's helpful - search mandye-dot-com/about (can't post URLS - this is my first post)

I have google anylytics set up to track my traffic, i've joined a lot of facebook groups in my niche to help draw in more viewers so networking is pretty much covered. But, my MailChimp subscription list needs some fixing so ignore that on the sidebar please, I might take it down until I get it fixed.

I just want as in-depth as you can provide - if it needs any improvements anywhere - navigation, layout, (does it have potential at all?) or just if my writing, in general, is bad or good..? :/
