there is actually one called payperpost that is legitimate. I used to blog a pretty popular blog a few years back and earned about $100/month just from the paid posts. I also cleverly coded it so all my payperposts were hidden from google, but open to the public. Worked great.
It is real not fake because google is most intelligent, he know that traffic is genuine or fake.
You can earn a few bucks to invest into other SEO campaigns, but you can not get wealthy with that. I heard good things about postloop; check out that stuff.
