Does Google Adsense code tracks IP-address info (like regular counters and stats scripts) about the visitors of my site?

I think that Adsense code could check visitors ip address.
But Google didn't rely on just that. They got algorithm that can track your visitors, so when someone clicking your website over and over, they knew it right away.
You could use another blog tracker to track ip adress of your visitors.
