I builded a Blog for me .. and optimize it very well ..

but google is not listing me ?

what you refer me ?

depend. can range from 2-4 weeks.
Have to be patient.

Another way is to continue adding to your blog day after day.

When you continually add content it makes your blog more interesting, more people start to link to it, google takes notice... But, if you just write one or two posts in a month, and expect to be indexed or linked to, you're going to have a VERY long wait...
