Friends or more??

Hi People,
Basically there's this guy that I like that i've known for a little while, recently though i've started to like him and I'm wondering if he likes me too but I can't be sure...

He's recently changed his behaviour around me like:
-complementing me
-when we're by ourselves he puts his arm around my waist when we're walking
-He asked for my number when we walked home after a night out with friends
-He's asked me if I have a boyfriend
-He sometimes raises his eyebrow when he catches eye contact with me
-Kissed me on my neck goodbye

Other times when we're with our friends he acts like were just really good friends. I'm conused!! so need ur help

Also should I see if anything happens or let him know I like him somehow?

I don't want to tell him I like him or ask him if he likes me cos it might ruin things if he sees me as just a friend so...

IMHO he likes you and he wants to be with you (I mean, more than just friends) However he seems to be a shy person, or he is in the same situation as you are he doesn't know if you like him. (For example I could bet he would ike to hold your hand while walking but is too shy (or too afraid of you pottentialy rejecting him) to do this

Maybe if you would let him know a little be of your feelings he'll be less confised and would do some steps more.

I appreciate your opinion-that definately helped.
I am quite a shy person too, but I will try to subtly let him know that I like him and see what happens...
Might see him tonight I think, most probably so will let you know.
