Default 1and1 or Godaddy?
I favour 1and1.com they are one of the cheapest in town. but it's only valid for US and canada

GoDaddy and WebsitePalace is fantastic as well

Personally i'd reccomend HostGator -- They've got excellent live support and good server speeds and uptime.

I tried over than 20 hosting companies paid and free, Yahoo Small business is my favorite.

You can't host with hostgator if you want windows. They keep only linux.
