You mean natural page impressions from search engines? It's nearly impossible, unless you operate a site such as Hubpages or Helium.
if you consider using traffic exchanges and very active in social networking, then it's possible. But then, these are not organic traffic, quite useless if you are thinking of making money. It's good for blog promotion or you have products to sell.
